Here is the first version you can use. I have quite a bit of work to do still but this might can do the job for a start. Report problems here. Or just ask questions.

It does not coexist with the 2p2 version yet. You have one or the other installed.

Try changing your password here to something that uses only plain ASCII characters. a-z, 0-9, basic punctuation.

It is a werewolf tool. It reads the thread looking for bold. It produces a table with the current votes. It posts the vote count in the thread.
