Not yet. I guess it's some sort of character set problem? It looks fine in source code, but maybe that's a mistake. Is there a programmer used to these issues around?

example of what vote counter sends:

message=%5bcolor%3dblack%5d%5bb%5dH%c3%a4%c3%a4led+seisuga+post

browser has escaped unicode as %u00E4 but vote counter is sending %c3%a4 which is not interpreted correctly, no doubt due to code pages or some such. So I need to find a better encoding method (C#).

I was using HttpUtility.UrlEncode().
