Madej in Trouble

Chris Kiefert opened to 120,000 preflop and Piotr Madej called in the big blind to see an A96: flop.

The Pole led out for 120,000 and Kiefert made the call to see the on the 3turn, Madej now checked and Kiefert bet 140,000, Madej quickly folded to leave himself just 600,000.

Kiefert raised the next hand to 120,000 but folded when Kimmo Kurko made it 275,000 out of the blinds.

The Flying Finn (literally as he is booked on a 7.30pm flight) is out. He shoved all-in for 550,000 with A3 after Raigo Aasmaa had opened to 130,000 with A9, when the action passed back to Aasmaa he made a call, although it was of the reluctant nature.

The board ran 106898to send Salmi to the rail, Aasmaa said: “You knocked me out of the Irish Winter Open,” “I don’t remember that,” replied Salmi. For now at least the score is even.

HCC nüüd chipliider vist.

It’s getting serious here in Prague…

So serious it’s not even funny.

So serious, you could dress it up in a 30′s gangster suit and have it played by James Cagney.

That’s how serious it is.

In the meantime, Kimmo Kurko raised to 120,000 and was called by Raigo Aasmaa in the big blind as the big stacks went HU to the763 flop that both checked.

TheJ turn saw Aasmaa lead out with a 185,000 bet and Kurko called before they both checked the 9 river, the Estonian flipped 98 and Kurko mucked.
